WARHAWK22: "Mango" AA=0 AG=4 RTB
WARHAWK23: "Griffin" AA=0 AG=29 RTB

Plan:
#1 to take care of SA-17 at STP7
#2 to take care of SA-17 at STP6
#3 to take care of any large group of ground targets at STP7

Execution:
WARHAWK2 pressed target once JACKAL1 cleared us in.
We were spiked by southern SA-17 on ingress but never had any launch.
Growlers seemed to work well as approaching target, even though the SA-17s had moved, SA-6/SA-17s would light up briefly in RWR inner ring but never fired.
#1 fired a HARM at the northern SA-17 that appeared on HAD between the two flights, showed on ACMI that JACKAL was already engaging this target.
#3 spotted ground targets a scored a 29 kills with JSOW.
#2 was retasked to STP7.
SA-6 spiked us right over STP7 and #1 and #2 were able to spot the battalion moving NE.
We both engaged the launchers, the only difference was that #1 forgot the arm his laser because he's a twat. #2 got 4 launchers.

Picture was clear most of the time, with JACKAL monitoring only threat from the NE.

Once dakota we rejoined for an OHB that could have been better. :)

The plan for us was to:
1. Take out the SA10 covering the area we were flying in.
2. Take out the SA17 west of the SA10, along the flight plan.

We planned for #3 to destroy the FCR and launchers with 1 JSOW. They were all set up in a very nice column so we set up an attack azimuth on the JSOW. #1 and #2 held at the IP whilst #3 went in to do a number on the 10. However, he wasn't able to get close enough (the range being reduced by the offset attack azimuth. So we switched to plan B. Shoot the FCR with a HARM, to enable #3 to get in close enough to drop his JSOW and finish off the launchers. However in all the excitment, #3 forgot to switch weapons, locked up the 10 on HAD, then dropped his JSOW which inevitably fell short. With bitter disappointment making his flying gloves all sweaty, he switched to the HARM and chucked it at the 10, but since the Growler was on station by then, it never lit up so the HARM missed. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, #1 and #2 couldn't locate the SA17, but they did manage to find one (possibly the one we were looking for) moving about 15 miles north of track, so turned their attention on them. With twitchy bumholes due to the Search radar still being up, they were unwilling to risk getting close enough to properly identify targets, so dropped their GBU54s on anything with a red star on it, scoring a total of 13 kills on the battalion, but sadly only one SA17 launcher. The flight rejoined at their IP and cruised back for a fairly exciting Overhead Break that could have been better executed, #1 taking the blame for setting the flight up poorly before the Initial. But we all got home in time for tea and medals.

Not a total loss, but the real heroes of the hour were the Growlers, who did their job splendidly, preventing the enemy AD from getting a single missile in the air. Noodle's offered them a years supply of Pimms if they'll fly off his wing for every mission! I didn't catch the reply, but it was followed by much laughter and mirth from the Growler guys and a promise that they'd "get back to him".

Due to insufficient targets of the correct type destroyed...

2.Lead, you're on fire.
3.I'm bingo fuel.
4.I'll take the fat one.... :/

In fairness, it was the only SA17 launcher remaining in that battalion.
