Flight leads in this Sunday's official campaign mission, "Strong DPRK 14" (Elmo, Crowebar and Zipgun) are requested to post a debrief of their flights actions, including any lessons learned or that should be learned by others.
Please put the following information at the top of your post:

Uneventfull ingress. At approx 30 miles from target area we picked up 2 clusters of moving targets on the FCR and descended to below the cloud base leveling off at Angels 8.
On first pass #1 got 4 missiles away on southern most battalion located on a North/South coastal road. #2 & #3 came off dry, experiencing difficulties obtaining a missile lock on targets. On #1's 2nd pass I noticed that the 2nd contacts a little North were an armoured battalion and fired remaining 2 mavericks on these, updating #2 & #3 with this info at same time.
After several passes and attempts to lock targets, #2 managed to get 2 missiles away but was hit by AAA and killed. #3 was also hit on the same pass and had to jettison stores and immediately RTB.
Flight RTB'd with #3 nursing an unstable aircraft back to base.
Cowboy debrief screens were messed, with #2 & #3 not having an event list. This combined with the problems locking Mavericks allowed us to conclude that #2 & #3 were experiencing technical difficulties.
Due to enemy air activity to our North, Falcon were unable to reach their target area. Given the presence of 2 battalions, one of which was a tank battalion in our area of operation I think in hind sight that I should have relayed this information to Falcon and called them down to our target area. Sorry!

I reviewed the ACMI and Mango got two kills. Given this info and that it was not Falcon's fault they couldn't get through, I have given PS to the inderdictions, not MF.

Apologies first of all, I have forgotten our scores so may have them incorrect. We also have a potential problem with the scores due to a technical with the debriefing screen so Veiland may actually have some kills as it was showing that I shot 11 missiles.
Fairly straight forward flight for us, after take off did a quick 360 to let the CAS flights catch up. On ingress to target picked up some low flyers who we started to engage, we immediately then started seeing jamming contacts coming in behind which turned out to be a combination of Mig29 and various other aircraft who carry the 29 radar.
As a flight we basically flew a wagon wheel engaging a wall of incoming aircraft but were unable to stop the constant flow of incoming aircraft which is when I decided to call the abort as escort were almost winchester and still had multiple jamming contacts inbound to our location.
We had set our flight plan so we did not push to far into the enemy territory and attract attention, I think this is probably the best tactic but maybe if we did push another 20 miles further in it may have allowed us to hold back the enemy and allow the CAS flights to get to target.
Also maybe approaching from the see may have given us a little more time before we started getting engaged.

Airborne transport of Mavericks -- delivery refused - returned to the warehouse with no restocking fee.
Abort was called before we could get in weapon range, so we came home with empty water bottles and full pittle-packs
