Flight leads in this Sunday's official campaign mission, "Strong DPRK 13" (Veiland and Utopic) are requested to post a debrief of their flights actions, including any lessons learned or that should be learned by others.

No major events on the way in - we weren't bothered by any bandits. At the target, we did 3 passes in order for the whole flight to get rid of the mavs.
At some point, after being Dakota, we investigated some contacts, but they were medium aspect, not really a factor, and they were dragging us north. We dropped them and RTBed.
Good sweet simple mission. |

Mission Outcome: MS
1&2 was loaded with 6xMavericks each while 3&4 opted for MK-20
Encountered a SU-27 / F-15 furball off the coast to the north of our flightplan and diverted a bit South to create some distance. At wp2 we turned hot and 3&4 stayed AA while 1&2 engaged targets at wp4 with Mavericks. For once I managed to get rid of all Mavs in one pass and switched AA clearing 3&4 to begin AG.
I tried to chase down a SU25 but only managed to damage it and properly got too far North in the process.
Shortly after finishing his bombing run Griffin disconnected and was gone for the remainder of the mission.
This caused a bit of delay and by time we finished AG Cowboy1 was all AA and flying a North/South cap.
I called that we were all AA and ready for RTB but then saw that Cowboy was investigating a gorilla group well to the NW. We slotted in 30nm South of Cowboy flight and monitored bu they chose to disengange and we all RTBed.
