Flight leads in this Sunday's mission, "Third Thrust" are requested to post a debrief of their flights actions, including any lessons learned or that should be learned by others.
Please put the following information at the top of your post:

I joined as a singleton Viper31, tried to communicate with Magic but had warble comms issues. Had frequent freezes and blue writing during whole mission and after one of these freezes I found myself on fire and unable to control the aircraft, presume i must have been hit by something during freeze.
Going to have to call a tech for this one.
Very disappointed that once again had serious issues on the Red Flag server on a Sunday evening even though I was using the recommended comms settings as per our new SOP. Seem that Sunday there are just too many people for the server to handle as Thursday was fine.
Did anyone else have tech issues this evening?

The only tech I experienced was the lack of debrief screen. This I feel results from deleting and adding flights within a package.
A further SOP we must implement is that if you have made an error during the creation of a package, eg having a flight take off from a destroyed airbase (I'm guilty of this) then THE WHOLE PACKAGE MUST BE DELETED AND START AGAIN. Deleting just the flight is not good enough.
That said I think we shot down or at least damaged a lot of F-15s and F-16s last night. No warping etc. All good.
Good job by Vaughan on AWACs.

| I was having a the same blue writing type technical issues. I think it is something to do with my connection though as I have been having problems recently with my Wifi connection at home and have been seeing those since when flying redflag. |
