In our previous mission some SA-17 launchers and another HAWK battalion were spotted just to the West of the Suez canal. As they are located between the Canal and Cairo, our main objective, we decided to further reduce the SAM cover over that area, and help our air and ground units to push forward Cairo and help win the campaign.
There may be another SA-17 battalion further to the North or North-East too.

Falcon1 - Destroy SAM threat over the target area
Viper2 - Destry SAM threat over the target area
Mako3 - AI; target of opportunity (can be cancelled if seats are not needed)
Hog3 - Protect the package from air threats.
Mission Success Criteria
Falcon1
Mission Success shall be awarded for the destruction of the remaining SA17 launchers or the AN-MPQ55. If targets have already been destroyed, a minimum of 4 ground units of SAM battalions
Partial Success shall be awarded for the destruction of part of the remaining SAM threat (SA-17 and HAWK)
Viper2
As above
Mako3:
Mission success - 4 armoured ground units per AC
Partial success - 2 armoured ground units per AC
Hog7
Mission Success shall be awarded for a maximum of one AC loss to enemy aircraft.
Partial Success shall be awarded for a maximum of two AC losses to enemy aircraft.
I can't see any AWACS tasked for this time.
