Cleared in hot to target, poor weather but No 1 identified two mover groups, assigned No 2 to engage right group, 1 & 3 engaged left group.
No 1 had HOTAS issues and was unable to change SOI or lock targets so could not engage, No 2 engaged but could not lock targets probably, due to the poor weather, 4 hits, zero kills. No 3 did manage to lock and engage with all six mavericks, but again, due to poor weather did not manage to hit the assigned targets, 4 did hit another target with one kill.
After completing the attack No 1 and 3 proceeded 10nm to the South to hold while No 2 made one final pass, unfortunately he misidentified the target and continued too far to the North. No 1 informed him to rejoin but No 2 was slow to respond and was hit and destroyed by an SA-10.
Egress was uneventful, strong crosswind on landing Runway 08.
Mission fail due to targets not being hit but great support from the Escort, Panther1.

Flight Role: STRIKE Falcon11: Utopic AA=0 AG=3 RTB Falcon12: Zipgun AA=0 AG=3 RTB

We took off as planned and had no events on the way to the FLOT, and we were cleared in all the way to the target.
When getting close to the target, we started getting illuminated by a couple of SA11, which we were expecting. However, when getting at ~20nm of the target, we also got mud 10. So we released ASAP, turned cold and went gate.
My plan was to regroup south of the FLOT, when going cold of the target, Zipgun was locked up by enemy F16s. This 2ship was engaged by the escort, but one did manage to survive. We were called by the escort to go hot and clear their 6, which we did, but being high and close, we couldn't lock up the enemy in due time.
By the time Zipgun fired at it, it was alread engaged by the escort.
Aftewards we turned cold, got to the holding point and was turning hot again when we heard the miller time call.
We then headed to home plate and landed.
Good mission, good comms, a bit upset with not finding that F16 straggler.

Uneventful ingress with a clear A2A picture, we called in the Strike flight to come north and attack the depot. There was a DPRK tanker flying north east with an escort that became a factor once the AI flight started their attack runs. Called the package to head south west and engaged the F-16. One bandit was sneaking up the second element but was shot down.
Edit: A2G typo fixified
