Flight Role: OCA STRIKE Falcon 11: Crowebar AA=0 AG=2 RTB Falcon 12: Floyd AA=0 AG=2 RTB
Mission Outcome: MS
Soon after getting airborne the air to air action commenced with Cowboy engaging migs to the North West and many migs gathering in front of us to the West. Initially we altered course to the South West to avoid Cowboys engagement, and when that was cleared up we turned North West to gain distance from engagements to the West. We ended up orbiting for 5 minutes or so while the air battle raged ahead. By the time this was concluded, the SA-2's were destroyed also giving us a clear route to target. We dropped to low level for our ingress, during which we were spiked by SU-27's to our 9 o'clock but we knew that these were being engaged.
On target we attacked in trail, getting all 12 bombs on target. Floyd called a popup AAA battery ahead so we altered course more East to avoid this and had a straight forward flight to the alternate at Koksan.
I screwed up our approach a little (a lot really) as I still had notes for Haeju as the alternate. When the alternate was switched at the last minute I hadn't altered my notes on the alternate runway headings and so we made a perfect approach from the wrong direction. We joined the circuit and landed East to West with a tail wind as I hadn't visually noted the runway heading versus the wind from 88 degs and so landed with the wind. All went well until I bounced/swerved and collapsed the gear, otherwise ok. Floyd followed me in and landed safely.
A good mission thanks Floyd.

Flight Role: OCA STRIKE Cowboy 11: Griffin AA=1 AG=2 RTB Cowboy 12: FlyinStone AA=1 AG=0 EJT
Mission Outcome: MS
Soon after take off we were faced with tow Mig 29S heading towards us. Panther had dropped behind us and the two Escort flights were under intense pressure, so we were forced to engage. Sorting was good and we each got our allotted targets. Unfortunately FS got ahead of me and instead of pumping got too close. Both Migs fired an AA-12 at him from 19 miles and for some reason FS did a full circle and was 13 miles from them when he got shot down. Lesson is don't get to within 20 miles of active shooters. I launched outside the bracket by lofting my slammer. I'm not saying it'll work every time but it did on this occasion.
I push on to the target. I loitered waiting for the skies to clear. I then dropped to the weeds and flew over the FLOT and attack Kwail from the sea. I got a good view of all the burner SA4 kit as I flew in.
All 6 bombs hit the target and I egressed to the south, circling to the west to avoid AAA and flew north before heading to the alternate.
A very busy mission for the guys. Nice one Floyd.

Flight Role: ESCORT Fury11: "Dmans" AA=1 AG=0 EJT Fury12: "AI" Fury13: "Elmo" AA=1 AG=0 RTB Fury14: "AI"
Mission Outcome: PS
We took off and immediately had Mig29s from the North and saw the SU-33 to the South, Dmans turned to engaged the Mig29's with me in support about 10 miles behind, he got shots off but then called defensive and was shot down, I got a shot off at one Mig and my wingman got a shot off as well of which I got a kill. I then turned to see what was happening with the SU-33s but they were in hot and I was not in a good position for the engagement (to slow and low) so turned cold and called on broadcast that I was defensive on SU-33s, I think another flight at this point managed to engage them and save my bacon. I noticed at this point that one of the Mig29s from the previous engagement was still alive but cold and no factor so let him on his way. I then moved my way up towards the edge of the SA2 threat circles with Lobo flight and I think panther flight in front of me engaging other targets, I did get vectored onto some contacts but never actually had to engage anything in the end.
