Flight leads in this Sunday's mission, "Kashmere" are requested to post a debrief of their flights actions, including any lessons learned or that should be learned by others.

Not much to report on this from me.
Took off and climbed to high angels to conserve fuel (we left the centreline tank at HP in preference to a jammer) and pushed on to catch up to Avenger and the SEAD Escort.
While the escort kept some bandits off us, Avenger and my flight went heads down searching for the target. SEA mode on the FCR and SHIP on RWR selected, the target was found quickly. When I switched to expanded mode I lost the target. Switching back to Normal mode did not recover the contact.
The next thing I knew, I was in flames from an SA-N-6 from the carrier. I ejected and Novac continued on.

The same thing happened to me when switching to expanded mode I lost the target.
Then due to you getting hit I went cold until outside the threat circle.
Turned hot again and this time I had the targets in expanded mode. Locked the largest return switched to JASSAM (whatever they are called) And released 2.
Unfortunatly I didn't get any hits and didn't record an ACMI. Anyone got an ACMI?
Got SU27 spikes at my 8 but continued egress with SU27's slowly moving to my 6 then fading.

The ingress was uneventful, we dropped our external fuel tanks and
the AGM-65g when possible. At 50 miles to the target we could warn
Cobra flight about Mig-29 flying towards the package and the bandits
were shot down.
At 42 miles to target we dropped our JASSM and scored a hit on an
escort ship.
