We took off and climbed to A25. Between steerpoints 2 & 3, we turned south to avoid a flight of MiG23s. A flight of MiG25s popped up ahead of us, so we turned back north. By this time the MiG23s had been dealt with by the escort. We proceeded towards steerpoint 3. A second flight of MiG25s appeared and we turned back west to allow the escort to engage them.
Once we were advised that the SAM and air threats had been removed, we proceeded into target and split into two elements, with Elmo & Griffin taking the northen targets and Floyd & Vaughan taking the western and southern targets respectively. When off target, we rejoined and RTB'd without incident.
Great support from SEAD and Escort flights, and thanks to Elmo for the in-flight tutorial on dropping JDAMs!

Mission Outcome: MS
Confusion rained on entering the pit as certainly the two escort flights were out of position and mixed up. Myself in Panther 1 was at the front of the taxi queue while Joif in #3 found himself at the back of the queue. Sabre's flight was mixed in the middle. So we all just taxied and took-off, to organise ourselves once airborne.
However the bad guys had other plans as Mig-23's were getting airborne almost below us and were soon amongst us, resulting in a very close engagement. At this stage I called Panther1 to head North for seperation while Falcon1 were engaged in what developed into a Furball. Once we were approx 20 miles out we turned hot and mopped up the remaining Mig-23's.
We then Pressed South towards target area while Falcon1 were engaged to the West with Mig-25's. We cleared some Mig-29S' around the area of target and flew tarcap while Cowboy1 got the job done.
We then flew an uneventfull trip home.
All in all a nice mission thanks Griffin.

We took off, climbed to A30. We split into 2 elements right before the northern SA2 threshold. First element engaged the northern SA2, SA6 and SA3. 2nd element engaged southern SA2, SA4, and AAA over target area.
With those out of commission, we kinda took the wind out of the escort's sails (sorry 'bout that) by engaging about every Mig 25 out there.
1 went even further by gunning down the final Mig-29s which had already landed.
After a further uneventful RTB we landed quite uneventfully.
Sorry, no detailed debrief file as BMS keeps eating those. Any way how I can muzzle BMS in the future?
