Last night, four of us (Floyd, Novac and Mango)started a standard campaign in AF, the difference being that real pilots filled the four ship seats. It was great fun and quite challenging, especially after you realise that there are a LOT more bad guys around than in our Sunday flights.

If you have some one with a good bandwidth that can host a campaign then I recommend you try it out in groups of three of, preferably four.

I'm looking forward to the next session of missions.

I probably misunderstand you, but the campaign flight(s) are not exclusive. All pilots/cadets are invited to join us, just watch the ATO and sign up. The server is running 'host only' mode, connected with 34Mbit and should be able to handle 8-10 connections. We should give it a try.

Cheers,

Floyd

What the hell are you on about? I put something on here to try to encourage guys to come and join in something a bit different during the week, and you come out with all this negative and mindless Bull.

How about something positive? Offer to host or join in instead of useless snipes. Jeez, lifes too short for this ****!

I'm not really sure what u found so offensive in my post, I can only believe its a misunderstanding, so ill explain all of it.

I said this simply to provoke thought about the sop9.1 rules aimed at restricting the number of enemy units. Like you appear to say - more units is more fun, but apparently more risky for game stability, yet you don't mention any stability issues in your post.

I said this because it was not immediately clear that you were inviting people to join you. As i understood your post as quoted above you were telling me to find my own group of 3 or 4 and fly a multiplayer game online.

I was not sure if that was the message that you intended to send out so i queried it.

Floyd understood what i meant and responded (these are the 2 posts above your second post):

And here is my reply to Floyd:

Because i did want to join you.

Misunderstandings happen, especially given the impersonal nature of forums.

Let's therefore consider this misunderstanding closed and keep any further posts in this thread on topic.
