 With deep sadness we write to inform you that Kevin 'Retro' Thurlow, Red Flight Lead, lost his battle with ill health and passed away peacefully today.
We are sure that all members, past and present of Red Flight and of the 185th, join us in their prayers for Kevins family.

Very sad indeed to hear this news.
Kevin was a true gentleman and he will be sorely missed by all those who knew him.

Shocked and with great sadness I read this news.
First and foremost my sincere condolences to Kevin's family.
Flying in Red Flight will never be the same.
He was the glue to our team. A true leader with great respect from each and every member.
May he fly his last flight to final destiny in peace.
He will always be remembered.

So sorry to hear this as Retro was a great help to me when I started with the 185th. He is and will be missed. My thoughts go out to his family as well.

A very sad loss to all. Despite his ill health, he cared deeply for the 185th and his Red Flight. His are big shoes to fill.
