An important point now: T-shirts? Are we using anything oficial (besides pants with Massa or Hami's name written)? In other words, I am willing to make a 185th T-shirt for me...something like 10th anniversary 185th blablabla, lot of bagdes, etc, etc, I donīt know the price but I could investigate it for someone else if you are interested.
Oh, I wil also bring my Brazilian 5 times Pentacampeao footbal shirt! Since 2002, final against Germany, it was never washed...very special!

Great news Pinbeck......and ah that 3 man tent....I remember it well
If you travel to my place on the Thursday. We could possibly meet up with Ballistic & Sabre & have a few beers Before setting off early Friday morning for Fairford.
In fact Ballistic & Sabre are you not up for Fairford?

Ok did my reservation (2 days later than I promised...ok, I am a brazilian:-)):
1. Will arive on Friday (July 17th) at 16:55 in Heathrow. Cheapest ticket I managed to get.
2. By plane, no cars...:-)
3. It would be nice to have some transportation.
4.& 5. No tents here. Neither other stuff. If there is no place available I would try to organize a small tent for me, but other stuff is not possible due to the lack of space. AND I promise I wonīt use my never-washed shirt for sleep.:-)
Cheers

Tiag, have you booked the ticket yet? because that is a bit late on Friday. With end of week traffic it's going to take 3 or 4 hours I think to get to Fairford. Thursday would be better if you haven't booked yet. (not after 20:00, collecting Ghostrider at 22:00 Thursday different airport 2 hours away!) So you are looking at arriving at camp site around 8 or 9 O'Clock with Friday traffic.
I am 3 hours North of Heathrow so if no one else can collect you, I can delay going to Fairford a day to collect you. When is your ticket back?

Yes, I did.....the problem I will be coming from another trip on thursday. Just talked to Vosene and will try to change my flight to 12:00 (or earlier) on Friday. Lets see if it is possible. My back flight is at 20:00 on Sunday.

Hi Tiag if it is possible that will be good and I can pick you up. Taking you back is no problem we can leave fairford in plenty of time.
The problem with Heathrow is that it is located on a busy stretch of motorway that is often called 'a car park' because everyone is not moving. On a Friday at 4pm -> 6pm it will be a car park as everyone leaves London for the weekend. If you keep the same flight, we might as well stay in the airport for an hour. rather than sitting in the car, and so we will arrive Fairford very late.

ok it cost me more 40 euros, but here are my new flights:
Arriving at 12:00 on Friday. Back flight at 19:55 on Sunday. (no way to change)
That is the best I can do. If no one is driving near to Heathrow on Friday, I can take a train. I am happy if you, Vosene or somebody else can give me a lift on Sunday due to the few hours left for my flight. Really appreciated what you are doing, guys!

I have just SAT Naved the route from Heathrow to Fairford - 1 hour 33 minutes so we should arrive at the campsite between 14:00 and 15:00 all being well. (and if the baggage handlers or air traffic are not on strike! LOL)

Thats good news Tiag.
Much better flight time.
Crowebar is not joking about the M25 at Heathrow. I once made the mistake of traveling past Heathrow at 1700 on a Friday Never again!
But on the good side we did get to see the jets, stacked for approach.....For an hour or so

Will try to have just one hand bag (you know, just for one SHIRT), so I hope wonīt take too much time at the airport. Unless I have to take a tent with me. Lets see...
I was checking the airplanes this year.....amazing. I never saw a F-18 and Rafale in my life. I read in some forums that the RIAT this year will be "special" according to the RAF due to the bad weather last year.
