Results after the penultimate mission of the series are as follows:_

This weeks mission had the teams defending a naval task force from a succession of raids by enemy aircraft. This objective was achieved by 2 teams (1.5 PIE and BGees) and almost achieved by the Blues who allowed only 1 ship (out of the 12 ship group) to be taken out thus earning a partial success. Blues and BGess unfortunately lost 1 pilot each in the engagement, leaving this weeks superstars to be 1.5 PIE who brought all 4 pilots home safely taking out 11 raiders between them in a timely return to top form thus extending their overall lead to 21 points going into next weeks final mission.
