They performed strongly throughout the year and in the end are comfortable winners. It was extremely close for 2nd place with [blue]Blue[/blue] outscoring [b]Black[/b] by just 31 points after 50 missions. [red]Red[/red] came fourth but can be proud of scoring over 20,000 points in the year, a score that would have won the CPL in 2007, demonstrating just how much all of the Flights have upped their game in 2008. Congratulations to [b]Bigbrother[/b] who once again wins Flight Lead of the Year (total points) while [b]Panther[/b] makes it a [b]Black[/b] brace by winning Flight Lead of the Year (average points). [green]Green[/green] pilots scoop the remaining awards with [green]Snakebite[/green] winning two awards, Pilot of the Year (average points) and Survivability. [green]Theron [/green]bags both Ace of the Base and Master Mud Pounder while [green]Sabre[/green] rounds things off with Pilot of the Year (Total Points). A big well done to all of the winners, the awards are well deserved and thanks to everyone who took part over the last 12 months. Fights On! as January brings a new start to the CPL with some changes to the scoring system, more details to come soon.
