The last package out has just returned with mixed results. We lost the F/A-18C flight and we only killed three ships for that loss.
In addition Vuojarvi Highway strip is back in action and the enemy's SU-30M fighters are in the air, albeit close to their airbase for the most part. A two ship has been seen to the south but is under attack from friendly air defences.
Repairs at Oulu AB continue and it will not be long before their compliment of 14 x SU-25 attack aircraft, 18 x MiG-29S fighters and 22 x KA-52 attack helicopters will present a threat from the south.
Your task is to attack the 77th Battleship group that accompanied the carrier group. These have SM-2MR capability (range 40nm up to 80K ft).
The remnants of the carrier group and 44th Battleship group still present threats with their SA-2MR missiles but you focus should be the 77th group.
TASMO flights are from the 941st squadron and 543rd squadron while the escort is made up from the 185th squadron at Gallivare AB.
Package 13358 Cowboy 1 is a four ship TASMO flight. MS is combined with Hornet 1, for destruction of the Long Beach, Virginia and Ticondarosa of the 77th Battleship group. PS is for destruction of two of the listed targets plus one other target.
Falcon 1 is a four ship Escort flight. MS is no losses to the flight from air threats. PS for one loss to the TASMO flights from air threats.
Hornet 1 is a four ship F/A-18C TASMO flight. See Cowboy 1 for MS/PS.
Falcon 1 is package commander
IDM will be from Falcon 1.
Timings
TO for Cowboy 1 is 23:12hrs with cruise altitude at FL250. IDM 1, VHF 1, tacan 11/74.

TO for Falcon 1 is 23:10hrs with cruise altitude at FL300. IDM 3, VHF 3, tacan 21/84.
Flight path is fixed for mutual support. Should you wish to alter the route then ALL flights must be altered to match.

Plan 2-ship CAP to East of TASMO covering threats from South and North East.
Execution
A milk run. No enemy air threats. We moved the CAP South by 20nm to cover Cowboy1's attack and then came home tail-end charlie for a straight-in onto R12. Good flying from my Wingman.

Since it takes several hits for sinking these ships, I distributed the kills across the flight. I'm not sure about the success rating, since the Long Beach took hits and stayed afloat (In FO I've seen them take 20 min to sink). We sank the Wisconsin, Virginia, and the Sprunce before setting a BARCAP NE while FALCON adjusted a little south.
RTB without incident.
