Mission Outcome: MS

Pretty straight forward. T/O, ingress all good. Good comms on UHF6 I believe. Got to steer 3 dead on time with escort flight but my misunderstanding led me to carry on flying the TOS carrot rather that sticking with the escort, leading us to fall behind until given a nudge. Mango took out the SA-5 as briefed. We then turned north and took out the SA-2 and some AAA radars. In hindsight I should have saved a HARM for the SA-3 that I knew was to the north but it made no effect to anyone's flight in the end. Egress and recovery all straight forward as we were the only two into our base. Hope I didn't do too bad as first time package lead.

Flight Role: Escort
Falcon11: Floyd AA=0 AG=0 RTB
Falcon12: Elmo AA=1 AG=0 RTB
Falcon13: Griffin AA=0 AG=0 RTB
Falcon14: Veiland AA=1 AG=0 RTB

Mission Outcome: MS

Uneventful T/O, ingress. After stpt 3 we increased speed because of the free area
80 miles in front. This could have been communicated better to the other flights.
Flying CAP over target draw some AAA w/o problems. After the OCA attack we split
into elements and shot down the Awacs to the east and west. Uneventful egress.

The ACMI shows J-11 taking off far from Liue, probably to protect the Awacs,
but they have never been a factor.

SEAD made a good decision to take out the AAA and not the SA-3.

Sorry for the late no show. Something was eating my CPU capacity and leaving me with very low FPS. A small prog called "Process Lasoo" got it sorted I hope !!!

Well done to Mango and Scruffy for MS and RTB.

Flight Role: OCA Strike
Cowboy11: Zipgun AA=0 AG=6 RTB
Cowboy12: Poppy AA=0 AG=0 TECH
Cowboy13: Vosene AA=0 AG=4 RTB

Mission Outcome: MS

Uneventful T/O and boring ingress.

2&3 split to attack the NE airfield, and 1 proceeded direct to the N/W target. After starting combat descent, #2 CTD’d -- that left us a 2 ship and 4 runways. We continued and were able to knock out both airbases with our 6x2 bombs, without taking damage from ground fire.

Uneventful egress, with #3 landing on just over 1000 lbs of go-juice.
