Flight leaders???? Look the example of Sabre...even not knowing how to start the jet properly   , he is willing to fly.
We need more 6 pilots and one or two reserves and we are set. Come on guys. This is real, Sunday nights are training.

Good to see some much support from the Sqn on this one. I'm sure we can reach 16 pilots.

I am just getting back into it but willing to have a go if you will have me and I would like to do some training if poss to catch up or will do AWACS but count me in m if you need another pilot
