Hallo all ,

I would like to inform all the members of the 185th that Vosene is the new C.O of the 185th with PJC to be nominated as his X.O.

Lets everybody wish them both good luck with their new tasks.

Congratulations to Vosene.

Also thanks to Tracer for the last few years as CO. Nice to meet you at the last couple of gatherings.
Too bad I can't make it to the Sweden meet.
Looking forward to flying with you in the future....Black flight are REALLY low on pilots at the moment :-) Or am I poaching from red flight :-)

Congratulations on your new position Vosene but I am going to miss your debriefs

And big thank you to Tracer for his time as CO we have seen the 185th grow under his command.
Also nice to see PJC back and active again. Looking forward to the future.

Congratulations on your appointment Vosene,I which you the very best in you new role,if you should need any information like files or anything that could be of interest in you new position you know where to find me.

I which also to thanks guys for you kind words!!

If I remember correctly in the old days CO/XO didn't last for more then a year or at the maximum 2 years and the reason for that, was simply that the workload was to huge and it was wearing out the guys who have taken the CO/XO role.
CO/XO did everything back then with the consequence of not lasting more then a year.
The First PJ and my self did when we got the confidence to lead the Squadron, was to reorganize with new roles, which of course spread the workload from the CO/XO and other members got involved in the squadron work. I mention this above as an reminder for all remember that now that we got a new CO/XO everyone has to support them in their role 100% So we can have a firm command that last for a long time!!!
