Heads up,
here is the new plan concocted by Reds and Sabre

Reds will organise accommodation at nearby travel lodge approx £25 per night to be confirmed. This is
5 mins from Reds,
10 mins from Venue,
0 mins to Pub and Curry House

Reds will store computer boxes in house for security. Wife will guard... laughs Sabre ... ducking....

On the day, we will have a campaign running in allied force to hop in and out as we feel fit.

Hands on for public
Landings,
Refueling,
maybe hop into campaign for a try out.

Looking for 6 pilots to make it work.

Let us know your interest.

I cant add alot more to that , its that simple . I do need to know who can come , if anyone very soon to ensure we get a pitch cos were running out of time now . I'm really looking forward to this so i hope we can rally enough ppl to get it going again .

Update.
Kai, Reds and Sabre were proposing to bring kit.
Homer, Tomb and Vosene were not planning to bring kit.
Pinbeck has a better offer and isn't coming.

3/4 computers isn't really viable is it?

Comments on the back of fag packet.

20 B&H's worth...

Alas, perhaps we need to consider calling the whole thing off.

What chance we could arrange a meet in the Midlands (Nottinghamshire?) or similar sometime early next year, and see if we cannot get lots of, British-based at least, members to commit to it?

OK.. Sabre cancels last post.

I am coming down for a curry with me mates...

Actually, we need 4/5 PC's for kit.
Tracer Where is the Banner?
There should be enough meeters/greeters to smile at the Public
and enough instructors/pointy heads to explain the technical stuff... and baffle them.

I/Reds need confirmation on numbers needing accommodation...
who is staying on Friday?
who is staying on Saturday?

Sabre maybe with wife and daughter staying Fri and Sat.

I am sorry at the moment I will prob not be able to come to the flightsim show due to the new job we have a big show on Wed Thur and Fri I wont be getting back until silly time friday. This is upsetting me due to the fact that I had everything set for this and the wife had booked the time off to come down with me.
So unless anything changes I won't be able to make
