As with most reply's work commitment is a big factor,mid week is just a bad time for me.

I would like to attend more training and I appreciate the preperation work put into the lessons by the Training Officers but I just find it difficult to attend on a regular basis.

No real easy answer to this as everyone has different commitments but I hope the training is kept ongoing.
