As an incentive, it has been decided that the 185th will have a new set of awards for TE building, they are as follows:
185th VFS TE builder Excellence Award :TE-BEA
Criteria: building TEs and submit to OPs officer for testing according to 185ths Standard SOP9
TE-BEA
Criteria: The ribbon is awarded to those pilot who submit their first TE to the OPs officer for testing and are built according to 185th standard SOP9 and are passed by the OPs test.
Oak leaf cluster:
Bronze oak leaf 1 after 5 submitted TEs
Bronze oak leaf 2 after 10 submitted TEs
Bronze oak leaf 3 after 15 submitted TEs
Silver oak leaf 1 after 20 submitted TEs
After the pilot/TE builder has submitted 25 TEs
the pilot will be awarded : Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal
All awards are to be held permanently to show the dedication to 185th VFS
