Hi all It seems that all flight making good progress in the mini campaign, gentlemen there have been a request if each flight could explain their diffrent strategy/tactic,maybe summarize in a short simple word document how you planned/executed the diffrent missions.This is just a request and are of course not mandatory.

Operation Clean Hand Phase 1
Blue Flight
In summary,
We managed 2 sorties
1st sortie 2X3 ship
Flew from Kimpo with SA6 as primary target & SA2 Fangson radar as a secondary. Strategy was 1st flight to concentrate on SA6 and 2nd flight to provide air cover and take out SA2 radar & all RTB asap for another sortie. Destroyed the radars but never managed to destroy more than 50% of SA6 (they were on the move making it more difficult).

Primary target was SA2 to completely destroy and SA5 as a secondary target to the West. Lost Ghostrider to Mig 23's on ingress unfortunately, but Harms, Mavericks & cluster bombs from both flights did the biz on target. SA2 completely destroyed 0% operational and we got the SA5 radar. Fiero was determined to reduce the SA6 from the previous sortie to less than 50% operational so he bombed it on the way home with success (SA6 45% operational).

Lumper AWACS
We took a NW approach to Onchon staying outside the Koksan SA10 radar envelopes and took 4 f15's with us forming a BARCAP around Onchon area.
SA5 and an SA6 was taken out at Target area by HARMS and Mig 23's were dealt with fairly efficiently. 1941st ADB was reduced to 0 using MK82's and SA2 was taken out as a secondary target with HARM at Kwail. An easy target on route home was OngJin that had no SA5 radar (destroyed earlier) but some ground vehicles making it low threat but easy points along with some search radars to ofload any HARMS on.
Unfortunately Fiero got a bit too carried away on the low threat target and crashed ! - an unneccesary waste.
There were no hostiles at all in the RTB phase so it was a simple matter of landing.

In summary,
3 x 2 ship OCA Strike
Primary Target Onchon AB - 0% operational - Mission Success
Cobra FL RTB MS 2AG
Fiero RTB MS 3AG
Medic FL RTB MS 6AG
Earthmover KIA MS 0AG
Ballistic FL RTB MS 2AG
AI
Took 2 x Prowler, 4 x F15 Escort and 2 x 2 ship F18 SEAD Strike along with normal AWACS and JSTARS.
All AC routed to avoid SA10 envelopes, however AI SEAD strikes decided to take out SA10/SA17's.
Ist OCA flight took out Primary target of Onchon Airbase and 2nd Flight proceeded to secondary target Airbase of Ponchyon with 1st flight providing additional air cover. 3rd flight was carrying 2 HARMS as a precautionary SEAD capability and a back up of 6 Durandels to sweep up any shortfalls in the bombing.
3rd flight engaged SA10 close to secondary target successfuly. 2nd flight bombed secondary target with partial success as Earthmover had problems with his bombs not releasing on 1st pass. 2nd pass he crashed unfortunately. Mig 29's were seen to be taxiing so 3rd Flight finished off the runway to 0% and offloaded some bombs on the hangars & control tower (only damaged them).
Remaining F16s RTB avoiding any air threats.
Mission Success.
Good luck Blue Eagles in the last phase as I won't be joining you (sipping beer & chilling out in the sun for the next 2 weeks :-))
