Flight Role: DEAD Bulldog71: "Griffin" AA=0 AG=4 RTB Bulldog72: "Spud" AA=0 AG=3 RTB
MS
We took off behind Cobra and headed straight for our IP, levelling off at FL220. We kept in contact with Cobra3 to determine what threats were present and whether or not it was clear for us to go "heads down" and attack our targets. I had been allotted the SA-17 while Spud was given the SA-6 battalion (sans Straight Flush).
Loaded with SDBs we launched all sixteen on our preset target steer points. We then turned off west to wait for weapon impact. Once that was seen we RTB'd.
Cobra3 did a good job keeping the many SA-33's away from us and apart from a MiG-21 getting close, that turned out to be friendly, it was an uneventful return for a OHB onto rwy 09. Unfortunately I bent my jet on landing but Spud landed nicely and was a good wingy.
