This week saw the squadron fly Falcon 4 : Allied Force for the first time. The mission was a 4 ship deep strike supported by a 2 ship SEAD Escort against a chemical complex defended by a handful of SAM sites and an extremely aggressive SA6 site which caused considerable consternation amongst the pilots who flew.

RED flew valiantly but failed to hit the target losing all 4 pilots to enemy action. Flight Score 165.

BLACK story was similar, this time with all 5 pilots lost and mission failed. Flight score 166.

GREEN also fared badly losing 3 pilots to enemy action and 1 to technical failure. Flight score 166.

BLUE were stars of the show this week, recording a mission success and bringing 3 pilots out of 5 home to tell the tale, including debutant Tiger among those who made it home on his first mission. Ballistic top scored on the night with 58 points succesfully leading his team to a Flight Score of 293. Very well flown indeed.

BLACK lead the monthly standings by a slender margin of 26 points from GREEN so there is all to fly for in next weeks deciding mission.

Full scores in detail can be viewed in the CPL section of the War Room http://www.185th.co.uk/cpl/185th_cpl.htm
