We had a good day at RAF Cosford, with plenty of interest in our sim and our squadron.
Our second CO, Shodan, turned up for a chat and another lapsed 185th pilot, Vaughan, stayed with us most of the day and helped out.
Below is a short video of our stand on the day.

I think I said something along the lines of their having to 'find' a copy of the original F4 disc and the rest was free.

Nice to hear from you again Fiero. I'm also in retirement at the moment.
And to add to Fiero's questions did you guys at the show get any possible recruits? I know it's one thing people saying Yes. And another thing to commit!!
Also how did you get around the question of where do I buy this? Haha. |

Was the 185th the only group with military flight sim ? Any other virtual squadrons with Falcon or DCS ?

Sorry I didn't get to chat with you Ironman, we finally got all the technicals sorted around 2pm!
Point of order Griffin, before someone else jumps in.... Shodun was the 2nd CO, after the founder member CO. But he was a really nice bloke to chat to. He was thrilled to bits that the 185th was still going strong. Flies DCS these days but was impressed with Falcon BMS.

At the very beginning of the clip during the pan round to the audience, the bearded gentleman in the grey top is Ironman and the younger bearded chap is Ironman Junior.
