For the avoidance of any doubt, Command wishes to make clear the composition of the new flights for the CPL (Career Points League) effective 1st April 2005. The new teams are:
Black Flight : Vosene (Flight Lead), Pinbeck (2ic), Mephisto, Peebs, Bigbrother.
Blue Flight : Ballistic (Flight Lead), Cobra (2ic), Stingray, Bikeman, Fiero, Gunman
Green Flight : Sabre (Flight Lead), Snakeeyes, Focus, Nickmow, Kamu, Bigdawg.
Red Flight : Earthmover (Flight Lead), Turnburn (2ic), Sparrow, Drummer, Enricos
Command (Tracer & PJ) will fly with whichever team is in the greatest need of pilots due to LOAs on the night.
Last Sunday we experienced some difficulties with the organisation of the flights due to a number of members not submitting LOAs which is simply not showing the courtesy and respect to your teammates that we expect. Polite Reminder : All 185th members should submit a courtesy email to their flight lead/2Ic (with LOA in the title line)if they are not able to attend the Official Flight Night. This procedure is absolutely vital now we are flying in fixed teams since we are not able to plan flight night effectively without advance notice of numbers.
The procedure for flight night is as follows:-
1 All pilots meet in squadron chat room at 19:45 hrs until 20:00 hrs.
2 Flight Leads to be aware of how many in their team are present/absent due to LOAs.
3 At 20.00 hrs, Command will ask leads to confirm numbers and will allocate themselves to the team(s) in greatest need. Flights with the lowest turnout will be prioritized.
4 At 20:01 teams will split into the room allocated to their flight to set up comms. Teamspeak is the squadron standard for voice comms, all pilots must be set up for communication on teamspeak set to the squadron server (supplied by Drummer) in the first instance.

Hi K-tel yes it is the "orginal" Snakeye,who is back but unfortunally we haven't heard from him in a while(weeks) now I know he had some connection issues that could be the reason,any way we need to get in touch with Snakeye , So Snakeye if you see this post Please respond to our mail???

Thanks mate for putting all this vital information in "black on white" .
Any pilot that don't have a Blue a**, just wait..We'll kick your a** Blue..
