Congratulations Tiag, a fantastic milestone and thank you for the very kind words about the 185th and our members.

I estimate your 6000 flying hours have cost the Falcon Virtual tax payer $120,000,000 not including ordnance or damage! Worth every penny, it is always a pleasure to fly with you and long may it continue.

Actually, the hours are not really important. Of course it is nice to see the "flight hours" adding up all these years. But what matters is how you have flown those hours (or with who!). A small but important percentage of these hours were flown here, in the 185th, and I must say they were one of the best hours I have ever had.

I would give all these hours back if I could just see the day again Sabre started the Fence Check Club (TM), or if I could watch the night Novac joined the club in a very natural way. :-) I would easily give all these hours back to fly again with my very first flight lead, Retro, or to combat again as wingie of Vosene, Dragoon and Helldiver in one of the superbs mini-campaigns of Tomb. In these hours there were so many good missions...unforgettable sweeps with the Griffin, Floyd and Elmo in italian skies, not to mention one of the most crazy missions I have ever had in company of a small israeli (Mango!), the training sessions of Vosene...and not to forget the dedication of some of us for the squad in the backstage organizing our sunday nights, training cadets, ... The truth is the 185th is one of the best squadrons out there.....in which way? In all ways!!!"Some people" just need time to figure that out.

can you add 5990.90 hours? ;-)

There is a programme out there called logbook editor, I have it at home, you can basically give yourself as many medals as you like, obviously cheating but very handy when you lose your logbook to get it back to where it was.

So how can you update your logbook? I have an old logbook from F4.0 that wasn't recognized in BMS...

Congrats, TIAG!

Cheers!

I had several logbooks. I am always afraid of using an old logbook with a new version of Falcon 4 because of compatibility issues. When a new version of Falcon is released the first thing I do is to save the data of the old logbook on an excell table. This way I never lost anything.

I'll second that. Also congratulations on managing to keep your logbook intact for so long!

Welcome back mate.
