To all pilots Command have decided to promote Goose to the rank of Major as
he has agreed to take on the the role of PERSONEL OFFICER having
previously held the position of deputy.
> We are convinced you will be the ideal choice for this key role. Goose
takes up his new post with immediate effect therefore any questions
regarding new pilots, awards, promotion, issues of squadron protocol ,etc
should be directed to him in the first instance.
