Training for Wednesday 13 February will be will be WVR tactics against a numerically superior enemy using IR missiles and guns only.
Designed to accompany Tomb's mini campaign, this lesson will give those attending the opportunity to explore various WVR tactics that can be employed when engaging a numerically superior enemy while armed only with guns and all-aspect heaters.
The lesson will start at 1930 GMT

according to the stats (so far), the F8E crusader armed with aim9B's is by far the most dangerous opponant when flown by the (elite) AI in the mini campaign, it has gun and missile kills to its credit, something you might want consider for your training, the J22 caused the most casualties when armed with the R13 missile but was not fought against by missile armed 185th pilots and thier was the element of suprise so i would not draw any conclusions on the J22 just yet.
