SA Lesson 4 brings our series on Situational Awareness to a close.
The lesson will take place at night in bad weather and will combine all of the skills learnt so far including:
Standard setup of HSD and FCR Fusing information from the RWR, HSD and FCR. Using FCR and HSD to sort targets with minimal comms. Using FCR, NCTR and RWR target separation to pick out specific targets from a group without using AWACS or hard locking. Avoiding A2G threats. Engaging enemy aircraft in a high threat AD environment.
We'll also throw in a low-level runway attack in the bad weather just for fun.
The lesson will start at 1930UK on Wednesday 03 October.
