Posted - 14 Jun 2007 : 19:29:43 I'll be loading my car with as much beer as possible . I have an estate so i've got plenty of space in the boot . I think there is a place close to where were camping we can buy beer from also . I can bring some garden chairs also if we want them but i only have 4 . As for cutlery /food, we can get plastic knives and forks and food cheap at any food store (asda etc) i'm a dirty arsed builder so i'll be using my hands rather than cutlery .

Posted - 14 Jun 2007 : 18:40:25 Drinks and food, good point!
I'm flying down with easy jet and I may get a few raised eyebrows if I walk on board with a crate full of Stella and half a cow under my arm.
Is anyone willing to play mother and do a shopping run a day or so before the event?
Don't worry about plates etc, I can get my hands on enough disposables to last us the weekend.

Posted - 12 Jun 2007 : 21:39:01 And of course, who's bringing plates, knives forks etc, washing up liquid, water etc.
It would be sensible to bring food for two days worth of barbeques. I think if there is any food available locally (and there's not much there) it'll be extortionately priced. I'd suggest everyone thinks about a trip to their local Sainsburys to stock up with food for all meals, breakfasts and of course, tea and coffee etc.
I'd hate watch people starve while I feed my face!

Posted - 12 Jun 2007 : 19:55:48 A very important question has not been raised here.
What are you bringing to drink!!!

Pointer is going to try and get his gas bbq in the back of his car. That brings us to food as well.
I hope the aircraft aren't too loud in the morning.
