Mustang4 (PACKAGE COMMANDER) is a two-ship DEAD, tasked to destroy the static Hawk battalion at PPT61 with Spice munitions and to search for the Patriot last seen at PPT58. They are to change to a DCA role when Dakota. Panther2 is a four-ship to Strike flight, tasked with destroying the Al Obour Chemicals installation. Warhawk3 is a two-ship DCA. Eagle3 is a four-ship F-15C DCA, on station for thirty minutes at FL310. While devoid of radar they will be a risk to low flying aircraft. The SA-3 at PPT62 has no Low Blow, but it's Flat Face remains and may present a risk. To the west is a fully operational SA-2 and a Raphael squadron.
