In order to ease operations at Hatzerim, Command has posted the 185th and 186th to Nevatim AB.
During the last two missions, pilots have reported being spiked by an SA-17 FCR. The source of this was determined during the last mission as being at Kirban AB in Egypt.
You have been tasked with searching out and destroying this SA-17 battalion.

One flight of F-16s have been tasked with this job, escorted by another flight of F-16s.
A flight of F-15Cs will also be on station above you to provide air support.
While our forces have done well to reduce the number of enemy air assets (including taking down one of their AWACs), pilots should be prepared for stiff resistance as you push towards the Egyptian border.
There is known active SA-3 and Hawk battalions south of the target. No other information is available on ground defences (AAA/SAMs).
The weather is clear at the target although this is a night mission.
Tasking
Hawkeye4 - Destroy the SA-17 battalion at Kabir.
Beast5 - Protect Hawkeye4 from air threats.
Mohawk4 - Protect the package from air threats.
Mission Success Criteria
Hawkeye4
Mission Success shall be awarded for destruction of the Snowdrift and three SA-17 launchers.
Partial Success shall be awarded for destruction of the Snowdrift and one launcher.
Warhawk5
Mission Success shall be awarded for a maximum of one loss to Hawkeye4 from enemy aircraft.
Partial Success shall be awarded for a maximum of two losses to Hawkeye4 from enemy aircraft.
Lancer2
Mission Success shall be awarded for a maximum of one package losses to enemy aircraft.
Partial Success shall be awarded for a maximum of two package losses to enemy aircraft.
