MS
Fairly straight-forward flight, we went with a mixed load of GBU54s for movers and ~CBU87s for statics. Flight formed up quickly on ingress then went head down with 3 columns sorted. #2 had trouble finding targets amongst buildings so switched to #1's column, attacking the opposite end. #3 dropped 1 GBU then borked his bombs with a pretty erratic negative G manoeuvre that ended his attack prematurely. He also reported bingo quite soon so was ordered to drop stores and RTB. #1 and #2 continued their attacks before calling Miller Time and RTB ahead of Cobra1. Uneventful egress for an overhead recovery that started to go wrong following #1 overshooting the runway heading, causing the rest of the approach to get steadily worse. A mix-up in comms between #1 #2 caused a VERY near miss, but #2 a collision was just avoided and #2 recovered well to land behind #1.
Good comms but some practise required on the race-track attack pattern as well as some further instruction in fuel management and HOTAS finesse for #3. Average vehicles destroyed was achieved for a MS.
The 4 things a wingman is allowed to say:
1.Two 2.Lead, you're on fire. 3.I'm bingo fuel. 4.I'll take the fat one.... :/
