Objectives
Destroy SA-3 Flat Face and launchers at PPT67.
Disable Dolac airport runway (home to G-4s)
Note that the airport is defended by SA-14, SA-16 and ZPU-2.
Secondary: Clear kill box of enemy ground targets in general.
Weather is poor.
Package 861
JACKAL6 - SEAD/Escort - 4x F-16C-50. Take SA-3 launchers down and sanitize the area.
PLASMA6 - AI - 4x F-16C-50. Disable Dolac airport runway
MUSTANG4 - AI - 4x F-16C-50. Engage ground targets within the kill box.
MS: SA-3 Flat Face at PPT67 destroyed, as well as all launchers. Dolac airport runway destroyed and max 1 loss.
PS: SA-3 Flat Face at PPT67 destroyed as well as all launchers. Dolac airport runway damaged and max 2 loss.

Mustang 41: "Pegasus" AA=0 AG=5 RTB
Mustang 42: "Mango" AA=0 AG=8 RTB
Mustang 43: "Vosene" AA=0 AG=23 RTB

A routine mission.
Plasma 6 was already done with their SDBs and on CAP before we arrived so Pegasus and Mango went straight to AG while Vosene and Gekko setup their CAP.
We had two passes each with our JSOWs with average results. Partly due to moving targets but also oddly ineffective results as ACMI showed some direct hits on columns.
Elements then swapped roles with Vosene and Gekko getting very good results and shiny medals.
A straight in approach for landing was executed well.
Reminder to not get too fixated on targets, and if flight/element lead calls "turn cold" then this should be done ASAP as it is probably for a good reason.

MS
A fairly uneventful flight. Loaded with a mixture of SDB's and JSOWs we hit the SA-3 battalion at the target and hit the runways too. The latter only showed as damaged but the air base is out of action.
The Flat Face was one of my targets but my SDBs didn't head for it so I must has chosen the wrong Spt.
After our strike we stayed on CAP to cover Mustang. No threats were encountered although the lack of IFF returns from the friendly Albanian aircraft was disconcerting at the beginning.
Overall a good flight.
