No fuel tanks. 4 cluster bombs Low-level ingress through valleys.
3 serials - 500 knot 25 degree pull-up loft in CCRP - dry pass 500 knots 25 degree pull-up loft in CCRP. 500 knots 45 degree pull-up in CCRP 2x CBU each on passes 2 and 3. 700 ft spacing, 2000 ft BA
Execution and Lessons ==============
Good low-level ingress. Worked on maintaining trail formation spacing.
#2 had issues with Steerpoints, possibly caused by Target Steerpoints entry over Flightpath Steerpoints.
Practiced precision Steerpoint entry. Ensure entry of Northing starts with pressing ICP 2 (N) and Easting starts with 6 (E).
First dry pass successful, reviewed loft HUD symbology.
2nd pass, #1 over-g’d on pull-up resulting in hung stores.
No 3 had a successful serial with a shack on the target.
No 3 second and third pass we’re off-dry due to difficulty getting into release parameters for a 45 degree attack include 7,000ft Baro max altitude. Fourth pass was also dry for loft so #3 switched to CCIP attack due to a lack of fuel. Weapons were shacks.
Finished with straight in approaches onto R8.
Recommend this mission is flown with tanks to give more range time.
Recommend stepping down to 40 degree loft angle and testing to see if it is easier to get within CCRP release parameters. Review of 7,000ft max altitude for high loft angle attacks.
Overall a great mission to finish off the year. Was a lot of fun and had everyone chuckling. Thanks to Sabre for putting it together.
