After a very successful mission last week that not only saw more supply depots destroyed but also the two remaining SA-11s and two covering SA-10's. This should give us the opportunity to push a little deeper and further hinder the enemy's machine by destroying the nuclear reactors at P'yongsan.
Air threats continue to be substantial and the mission commander must be prepared to call the abort if the package cannot proceed safely.
Talon 1 is the four ship escort and Package Commander, tasked to protect the strike package;
TOT is 17:36 at A28, some eight minutes before the strike flight attack. MS no AA losses to the strike flight, PS one loss to the strike flight.
Rapier 1 is a two ship SEAD, tasked to eliminate any pop up radar SAM threats and advise the package commander if too many threats threaten the strike flight. MS no losses to radar SAMs or radar guided AAA, PS no losses to the SEAD flight.
Mauler 1 is a four ship strike flight. MS is both nuclear plants destroyed at target, PS is one destroyed. Secondary targets of two main plants are available.

Mauler13: "Scruffy" AA=0 AG=0 RTB
Fisty - Technical.
Largely uneventful flight, unfortunately sent the AI home early because Fisty had technical problems, however, he managed to get his set up reinstalled during flight, but the last seat was unavailable.
Mango did the job destroying everything on the target directly or by burn down, leaving nothing for the rest of us.
RTB and landed safely.

On the ACMI the Hornet was targeting Floyd but the missile went Maddog when the Hornet was downed by a Patriot. Then it went for me!. I think a Purple Heart is in order for taking one for my flight lead.

Outcome: MS
Uneventful ingress, but the Escort reported SA-11 over the target.
#2 fired two HARMs, missing one SAM. #1 destroyed 2 SA-11 and cleared the target
area for the Strike. 60 miles north to the target was an active SA-10, no factor
for the package.
On the way back #2 was attacked by an enemy F/A-18C with AIM-120, but could
land his damaged plane.

Very uneventful mission, with literally 0 bandits (except for the enemy AWACS). Good comms, good SA, good package results, great support from Floyd and Griffin.
I would recommend that for the future missions we crank back up the air power since now it's dead quiet (although on the 2d there were some enemy fighters).
