We took off with 4x120B, 8xAGM-65D and a centerline tank.
The ingress was uneventful; the escort shot one bandit down.
At the target area the first element went A2G while the second
element stayed high and coordinated with the escort flight
to attack a flight of Mirage getting close. After that the
elements switched tasks. #4 had technical problems and had
to abort, while first element shot down two A-10 getting too
close.
A good mission and valuable lesson how important a human
AWACS (thanks Lumper :) and inflight communication is.
